How to Book
Nice Appartment is not a holiday let.
The flat is available for rent under two systems of furnished let allowed under French law: “bail en code civil” and “bail de mobilité”. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page to work out which system best applies to you.
Our agent
We are now partnering with the agency Welkeys, under the name “Le Balcon d’Andrioli”. Find us on the Welkeys website.
Duration
The minimum let duration under both systems is one month. The maximum let duration for a “bail de mobilité” is 10 months. For the “bail en code civil” we set the maximum limit at twelve months.
We do not permit long-term lets. As owners, we use the flat ourselves between lets.
